How billing works
Xen Stream billing is based on two key factors:
Storage: The total length of videos uploaded (measured in minutes).
Playback: The total minutes of videos watched by learners.
Included in the Subscription (Base Package)
Storage: Up to 1,000 minutes of uploaded video per month.
Playback: Up to 1,000 minutes of video watched per month.
Charges Outside the Monthly Allowance
Additional Storage: From $10 per 1,000 minutes.
Additional Playback: From $2 per 1,000 minutes.
Tracking your usage
Xen Stream includes tools to monitor:
Storage Usage: Track the total duration of uploaded videos.
Playback Usage: View how many minutes of video learners have watched.
Bandwidth Usage: Understand video consumption patterns to optimise content delivery.
