Login issues
If you find that you cannot log into Xen.Ed despite using the correct login details and password, follow the steps described in this article.
You may experience an issue logging into the Xen.Ed platform, whereas your login and password are correct but the login form refreshes, instead of showing your dashboard.
This can mostly happen when switching accounts or tenancies, or when your browser has not cleared the previous session correctly. That is, from times to times, a browser can become confused with the different logins and not clear the session cookies used by the platform.
Enable cookies for your Xen.Ed URL
