Certificates template
Xen offers a default template but you are welcome to provide your own Design.
This includes the overall look & feel (background, fonts, colours, and logos) as well as the placement of the dynamic fields.
The design of certificates for your organisation is configured on your Xen instance ion your behalf by the Xen team. The Xen Customer Success Team will happily update your certificates at no additional cost as part of your on-going support agreement. Simply raise a new request via the service desk.
About Custom Certificates
Your certificates can be provided as images or PDF.
Elements of a certificate
- Background Image: You can change the entire background to match you branding. You should position your logo(s) and visual elements so that the text is still legible.
- Layout and Fields Placement: You can organise the certificate in any layout and place your fields anywhere.
- Certificate number (auto-generated)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Course Title
- Date of issuance
- Signatories (optional)
